Do you like cheese?

I am a cheese fanatic. Seriously. I love cheese. Any recommendations on stuff that's unique but good?

I love cheese, and my favorite is ricotta...but I'm a health freak, so I hardly ever eat any of it.

 

Sharp cheddar is my absolute favorite. The sharper the better.

Pepper Jack is my favorite, but I also like farmer (goat) and a nice mellow chedder.

Mild, medium, sharp, extra sharp, white, smoked, curds.. it's all good.

Cheddar is awesome. Cold smoked cheddar is better (err, extra sharp?). I love Colby Jack!

For everyday use: Cabot's 24 month aged Private something or other that Sam's Club sells. Comes in the two-pound wax coated block. yummie

Lord yes. I love pretty much all the standard cheeses, but I cannot eat goat/sheep cheese nor the extremely aromatic varieties (limburger, etc...)

I haven't tried any of the more exotic cheeses so I can only state I love cheddar, pepper jack, mozerella on pizza and swiss and provalone on sandwiches.

Tillamook cheddar!

When I was a kid living in Ind. my grands would send us a block of this every year for Xmas.

We ALWAYS looked forward to that!

I don't know about the availability of it NOW, but back then it was hard to come by unless you lived in Oregon, or at least on the West Coast!
