Kind of an expensive processor to have that mindset with. Of course, the EE is rediculously overpriced already. Go with AMD next time :p

I can get mine stable at 2.5GHz.

But I run it at 2.4GHz because at 2.5GHz my 3200+ gets a little hot during load.

My 2500+ is at 2.2 ghz. Runs warm at that temp under load so Im not going to push it.

It has to last ~2 years so I cant afford to pump too much voltage or information through it.

Yes i dont feel sorry 4 it p4 2.6 on 3300 1.6 volts the only reason i dont give it 1.7v is that it geats little hotter and freezes sometimes

XP2600+ (Barton) @ 3000+ speeds. The only reason I don't push it higher (I have had 2.3Ghz out of it, on air) is that my RAM won't run any higher. Stupid Leadtek board won't let me dial in PC2700 speeds; noooo, it allows percentages of the FSB speed, and the first one down from 100% is 84%. Sigh.

I've run my XP2100 (T'bred) at 2Ghz for a year and a half but have had it stable as high as 2125Ghz and ran it that way for a while. I was running hot and I decided that 2Ghz was enough....then. : )

Barton 2800+ @ 2.25 GHz (Which I assume is a little over 3200+) For 3 months. And yes, I leave it like that because the temps are good, and the system is stable. Once I move to an Athlon 64 I prolly won't overclock it, and I will drop the overclock on my Barton. No sense in lessening its longevity if i'm not using it :)

2400barton at 2.2ghz. too much trouble to underclock. not sure how good its to run it at lower clock without changing voltage anyways.

barton-m 2500+ @2.6 is max. but it takes a vcore of 2.0, so i need to use a tornado to keep it cool
when not gaming, i run it at 1.3GHz/1.1vcore, so it puts out very little heat and should extend the life as well.
