Do you know your body fat %?

My sister bought a body-fat-calculating scale this weekend and I decided to try it out. Here's what I am:

5'09"
129 lbs.
11.0% body fat

:D

I was about 7.5% (using calipers) a little over a year ago. Probably about the same now.

those under 8, why do you keep it under 8?? do you body build cuz you could be messing up your hormones with the lack of fat.

Holy crap man go eat a sandwich :)

Oh yeah, those body fat scales aren't very accurate so you may or may not be 11%. But judging by your numbers you probably have a very low bf%.

I'm 5'10"
153lbs
11%bf

I don't try to keep it under 8%, it just happens that way. ;)

I try to do weight training at least 3 days a week (though I've been slacking off lately), but gaining weight has always been a very difficult thing for me to do.

Take the scale results with a grain of salt. Those are horribly, horribly, inaccurate.

DEXA and underwater estimation are about the only things more accurate than the digital BIA scales.
