Yes, I do. People with it have irregular shaped bodies, due to extended malformations of the heart from birth.

It causes the person to look different. Extended bulbus apendages (fingers, toes). A shrunken (concave) chest...

I have Marfan's, and I'm only 5'9". Unfortunately, I also had the aortic dissection happen 3 years ago.
