Of all the people in all the world, YOU are the one that should never make this statement. Definition of hypocrite.

What question? About patting myself on the back? You asked Armatige that question you idiot.

Right and you said that was hypocritical after quoting it, so I replied to you on that issue. Do you not know what you post?

You see, bringing up that you were interviewed by MIT & Georgia Tech, accepted at UM ... that is pathetic. So what? It's name dropping unless you actually followed through and did something with it.

I didn't give my whole life story. I withdrew my applications for engineering and decided to go after pharmacy. It's really simple.

Which you didn't follow through on either. But still think its worth bragging about.

So 8+ years of school for a B.S.? At that rate it's good you "decided" not to be a Dr. You'd be drawing social security by the time you got your license.

Well in med school you are on a tract so you lose options. Fact is I was in no rush, I was there to learn and experience things...sorry if you can to rush out to chase dollars around.

I did things like take both zoology and botany when either was an option. I took things like matrix theory instead of a wasted elective like Harmonica 101.

But your spite shows your envy, thanks.

OMG Lauhging my a$$ off. I mean seriously laughing, like people are looking in my office wondering what is so funny. ENVY you??? You are pathetic. Why would I envy that? I did all that in 4.5 years + alot more. Maybe in your circle of friends you are accomplished. Big fish/small pond.

I've worked with some big egos. But I have never come across one quite as disproportionate to actual accomplishment & ability as yours.

WTF are you talking about? Where is the question here? You said you asked me a question...now you say you replied to my calling you a hypocrite. You are confusing yourself. Apparently you don't know what you post.

This just gets funnier & funnier.
I really do think you have reading comprehension problems though. Get some help.

Is there a way to have a certain member's posts not show up, like an ignore feature?

Your private office? or cube? My circle of friends are pretty well off, esp when you consider that my mother grew up in the hotel my grandmother owned on Cortez on the Ft. Lauderdale strip...but oh well.

I could have gotten a degree in 3 years, that was not my point of my education. I did not retake anything and had all full time semesters. You only prove you had less of an education.

My mom has an associates of nursing, and has been a med/surg floor nurse for ~18 years. Last year her gross pay was between $75-100k.

So... I fvcked up in college, but now I'm ready to right my wrongs. More detailed explanation here.

Do you know anyone who is a nurse, or who's studying to become a nurse? If so, what specialty, and how do they like it?

I'd love to speak to one if possible, just to get a feel for the workload/work hours/etc. I enjoy working with people (sick people don't bother me), and nursing pays a heckuva lot more than what I'm making now... plus, it should be fairly easy finding work as nurses tend to be in demand almost everywhere. I'd prefer to go into some sort of nursing admin work, but I'm ready to pay my dues first, if necessary.

My sister is a nurse although she's so busy I'm not sure when she could speak with you. I could have her answer any questions you have though.
