I have a few friends like this. They are married with kids yet all their free time they are hanging with friends, still go to clubs/bars. My sister and her husband have little kids yet go to clubs all the time, dropping their kids off at any given chance.

One of my friends is engaged, and hangs out with lots of friends in their free time. Plus he still sleeps with other girls behind his fiances back.

yeah, my wife

We would probably get sick of each other if we spent all our free time together

That sucks. Somebody should tell her before she makes a HUGE mistake.

My situation is almost the complete opposite. All of my friends are either married or engaged and they've pretty much stopped hanging out altogether save for seasonal parties.

What if she doesn't. Would someone be there to enlighten her?

One of my employees is like that. He looks at other women all the time and comments about them. He doesn't cheat on his wife but does in a way treat his girl like crap. Tells her she's fat and the dress they just paid $350 for looks like crap on her.

Don't know. I haven't seen her in a while(like 6 months) and I'm not one to interfere in peoples affairs. I only knew about the cheating because I used to live with him. Him and his friend from class would bring this girl over every week and always have threesome(not kidding either). It was very strange for me, but thank god he moved out.

A few times I've been out dancing and the girl I danced with ended up being married. Last time was like two weeks ago. The chick has a ring on and I'm like, "So are you engaged or married?" she says, "Married, I won't want to lead you on" or some crap like that. WTH, go home to your husband.

As the saying goes, "a ring doesn't cover the hole it just adds a golden lining".

Because as we all know, life ends at marriage.

It is possible to be married and still interact with members of the opposite sex.

Just because your sis and bro-in-law have kids doesn't mean they should have to abandon their social life.(As long as it's not every night of the week) BUT for a guy to leave his wife and kids at home to go hang out with his buddies at bars and dance with other women......welllll...that's not acceptable.

Well it's about the image. A bar is generally a place to either pick up women or talk to your buddies (unless you dance with your buddies?) or have a lonely drink. Dancing with another women is leading her on at a bar. Want to have fun? Figure out a way to include your wife. When ever I go out with friends I usually bring my GF. It helps that we mostly have mutual friends.
