Do you know anyone who has won a lottery or sweepstakes?

I'm always curious about the people who manage to win those contests whether its a Sprites sweepstakes or a state lottery. Also I wonder could a person drastically improve their odds if they entered in every available sweepstakes or contest (for example Freelotto, McDonald's cash contests, etc.). It seems like if a person entered enough contests over a given period of time they would be likely to win at least something. I may have to test this theory out one day.
