Do you know a good website which is like graphical "bookmarks/favorites"?

I'm trying to get my grandma to use the web a little, her technical skills are what you would expect from a very senior person, so I'm trying to find a webpage which I can use to set as her homepage, and there add links (with BIG icons) to her favorite sites, so all she has to do is to open the web browser and then click on which ever link she wants to go to...

Hmmm... I thinks I want to make her stick to IE, since it seems a little easier to use. Also I want the site with the bookmarks to open up as soon as she fires up IE.
 
You could make one. Just save the logos for the sites she wants and make them hyperlinks, then upload the page somewhere.
