Do you keep the boxes for most items you buy?

not really.

I might keep it for a week or two in case I need to return it, but long-term, I don't keep most boxes.

Yes, i keep boxes for at least 1 month just in case. big items i sometimes keep it for longer period of time just in case i have to send it in for a problem or decide to resell it.

edit: it also depends on how important or expensive the item was.

Yes.. I have it all stacked up in my closet 8ft high.
It looks like a mini warehouse in there.

Lately I have started keeping boxes since I know I will get a higher resale value if I have the original retail box. Parents hate it though:)

Yes, but my dad THROWS THEM AWAY which PISSES me off because I always ship something and never have a box so he has to pay for a new box everytime i ship something (<--Dumbass...).

Get a Fedex account and you'll get free boxes.

But yeah, i pretty much throw everything away unless i can actually use it then and there.

Never, although I sometimes use them for something else like storage or decoration, maybe even recycling material.:cool:

Yes, but I recently threw away most of them. Except the ones I think might be useful in the future (PS2, digicam boxes etc).
