Do you keep Chain Mails alive?

Today I received the same chain mail from two different people within hours: " Good Luck, Chinese Proverbs" a PPS that I am supposed to send to exactly 20 people to get good luck it warned if I fail to keep this chain going I can expect dire consequences. So do you delete them or keep them alive?

You've got to answer the poll or you'll die within a year. David McBollocks didn't answer and within three weeks his eyes fell out and he shat out his heart.

I prefer plate mail on my Warrior and Pally, and Leather on my Druid and Rogue. Also, cloth is good for my Mage and Priest.
 
I have exactly 1 person who still sends those to me. I don't have the heart to tell her to stop. Half the time I want to link her to snopes and the other half I just don't want to ruin her cheery mood.
