Do you keep a list of sites you visit with usenames/passwords?

I figure it's somewhat insecure, but I was thinking of keeping a list of sites that I visit with my usernames and having a word to help me memorize the password. It's not a word that has anything to do my passwords (which are all over 10 characters upper/lower/digits).

What do you guys think? All of my important things I have memorized, but there are so many sites I visit, sometimes I forget...

I just keep all the activation emails in a single folder to track the various sites I'm a member of.

I keep a text file with all my names & passwords, then just copy and paste them. If you worry about keyloggers, this is the way to go.

I use a program called Password Corral but any of those types will work just fine.

I have FireFox enabled to where I type a user name/pass it prompts if I wanna save it. If I click yes, then the password is saved. Then if I shut firefox down, then start it later, it will ask for a master password and every site site it saves will auto fill in

All of these programs claim to use the "Best Encryption"

KeePass uses: AES and Twofish
Password Corral uses: Blowfish or Diamond2
AnyPassword uses: IDEA/MD5

Which do you think is most secure?

I just call up hackers via telephone and give them my passwords, it's much more convenient that way, and it saves them the trouble.
