I heard it is actually beneficial to jog before you start your day. Not sure how valid that is, but I am planning to do that soon.
Though do I jog before I eat breakfast or after? 0.0
I like to exercise before I start my day for a couple reasons:
1. It gives me energy & gets me pumped up for the day - I kind of drag around all morning otherwise.
2. I get distracted easily, so if I don't do it first thing, it doesn't happen. Some people have the self-discipline to hit the gym or workout whenever they decide to, but I don't - I just have to wake up & do it, or not do it at all.
Personally I exercise before breakfast. Some people do a before & after meal, but I don't feel too good exercising having just eaten.
The big key is going to bed at a reasonable hour. If you're too tired & have to fight yourself to go out & exercise every morning, it's going to be hard to keep it going long-term, you know?
