Do you have two forms of photo ID?

Seems there have been many times when I needed two forms of photo ID. Mainly when it involves money or taxes.

Just curious how many people maintain two forms of photo ID.

The only ones I can think of off hand are drivers licenses, state issued ID, passport, military ID.

If it's a public school then yes. I'd say that my state university ID is technically 'government issued'
 
I guess it depends on how loosely you interpret "government issued", and if you consider expired documents to count. I have my state issued drivers license, an expired federally issued passport, and my work ID - all with photos. My work ID is questionable - I work for a public university, which is partially state-funded. As such, it could be loosely construed to be a government issued ID. My library card and CCW permit do not have photos.

I also have my work ID and several other forms of secondary ID w/o my picture.

I always thought the G.I. ID also worked as a passport. Damn, you always learn something new.
 
Ah yes. I have my temporary driver's license - and - my astronaut application form... I didn't pass that though, I failed everything but the date of birth
 
Are you trying to prove your point from the passport thread? You could have worded your poll better. Many people have a passport but have never needed it for anything other than leaving the country.

Or you could just be more specific about what these times when you've NEEDED two forms of photo ID.

To answer your poll question though, I have a driver's license and an expired passport.

the company I worked for used to run tours into West Point. they required two forms of photo id for security reasons.

(yes, we got TONS of complaints about it... a suprising amount of people didn't even have 1 form of photo id, since they didn't have their picture on their driver's license. but there was nothing we could do about it)
