Do you have to pay to access your school's recreation center?

I think it's pretty rediculous for school to charge a full-time graduate student extra fee to use recreation center. If I were only part-time, then I could understand it although I think it should still be free. But anyway, maybe this practice is more common than I thought it was.

We have to pay something like $35 per semester, which is next to nothing. Of course, I've got tennis courts across the street from my dorm, so that's good enough for me (and free!).

Usually you just pay through tuition fees. Either way, their gonna getcha.

Yes, which is sad, since most faculty at other universities get it for free. :(

I can assure any student that says they dont pay for it actually does in their tuition. I'm staff at the shcool and have to pay $65/month for the student rec center, but the faculty one is free.
