If you're serious, you can get a new one. Just come up with something, search to make sure it is not being used by someone else, then create an MD thread asking to have it changed. Assuming you are not an asshole, the powers that be will likely change it for you.

I understand your pain. I would consider the advice below. I am the absolute master of random awesomeness. If you want me to help you choose a badass name with no numbers, PM me.
