I'm genetically full asian and my parents do but I don't. I get very slightly flushed rarely but that usually goes away pretty quickly as I drink.

Yes, but only sometimes. Once in a while I will have a drink and my face will turn red and feels very hot.

When I was a kid and I'd have a little bit of wine (I'm Italian, its cool), my ears used to get really red and feel hot. Doesn't happen anymore, though.
