Other than some minor discounts on stuff we (or our customers) sell....I really don't have any that are neat.:(

A friend of mine who works at major credit/debt-recovery place gets a bi-weekly 15-minute neck and shoulder massage paid for by the company. They hire an outside massotherapy firm. He says he loves it. Duh!

When I worked for Delta Air Lines, we got unlimited standy travel benefits on domestic and international flights. My parents got the benefits through me. Now, since my dad works for Delta, I got benefits through him. Nothing like just showing up at the airport when you feel like going somewhere, showing your ID, and walking into First Class (if there are seats available). Flying First Class for free is about as good as it gets.

We've got your standard 401k, but we also have a great extra that is completely separate. When you retire the company takes your 5 highest paid years, adds them together, and writes you a check for that amount. Of course you have to work at least 30 years to qualify, but I think having two retirements is great.

we have legal insurance & it's paid for itself many times over.

i've used it to write a will, for legal problems with relatives, when we were sued by a company that claimed we owed them $, and when someone forged some of our checks & we had collection agencies threatening us.
