I didn't know it cost so much to rent livestock!

its not the rental fees, its just that he rarely gets his deposit back ;)

Guitars, pedals, amps. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs, and guitars generally keep their value or go up..

Unfortunately (not really), a lot of my habits are expensive - clothes, shoes, home audio, movies, outdoor activities...

But I like what I like, so oh well :p

Wine. :wine: We probably have 8 cases or so right now, not extremely top end stuff but price per bottle ranges from $15-60.

We do like to drink it and share it, so the only reason that we have a consistently sized collection is because we're always acquiring more. Add in the fact that most of our vacations involve wine tasting and there's a tidy little sum attached to that.

Me and the SO spent over $20K at restaraunts and restaraunt bars last year. Thankfully we wrote part of it off...

$200/month for weed is an expensive habit? You people don't know what expensive is.

Used to be audio for me. Stupid Head-Fi made me buy all kinds of expensive shit like headphone amps, custom made ICs, power bricks, and headphones!

Don't really have any expensive habits...though if I win the MegaMillions jackpot I'm sure I can develop a few. ;)

I used to spend about $30-40 a week on cigars, but my store closed. Now it's just going out and bars.

Guns, ammo, reloading and R/C crap (speed = $$).

Now all of that gets to be put on hold indefinitely with a child due in a couple of weeks. This really doesn't mean I'll be saving money either.

Mine directly related to the phrase
"I feel the need...
the need for SPEED!"

Was it money well spent at least?

Smoking is all there is now. I will be seriously badass if I can get rid of the cigs.

so you buy only highend beer and coffee?

I have to ask since I have replied to I think 3 of your replies to me tonight.

Is this something only an 'adult palate' can determine? $1 coffee or beer vs $5 coffee or beer?
