I've worked at the same place for 17 years and with just a couple of exceptions, I've gotten a long well with everyone I've worked with.
Unfortunately, I work with one women, not closely thank goodness, who hates me because she feels I slighted her about 4 years ago. (Interestingly, the "slight" led to her getting 5 US patents).
Today, after a meeting she walks up to me and says out of the blue that she's disappointed in me in and that I'm not a team player.
I said I'm sorry you feel that way, I hope you have a good day and walked away.
Geez.
