my eyes are on fire with itching and my nose is constantly running. i'm pretty sure it's tree pollen that gets me. luckily, after about may it goes away.

I never had an allergic reaction until the last year when i moved to where i am currently.. now i suffer from allergies really badly.

Yes, had it a few weeks back.
Inflamation around the eyes, & dry skin also; came up with a mild case of excema.

mine are kicking my a$$ today.... i have pollen allergies, and the pollen count must be thru the roof, as i'm tearing, sniffling, and runny nose like crazy.

Liflelong allergy surferer here! I have been puttting up with the springtime curse for 33 years now. I've tried various treatments (including shots when i was younger). When I went to the hospital as a teen for testing (they did a scratch test on my arms where they "pricked" spots on my forearms and then rubbed different liquid compounds representing allergens on them) I reacted to ALMOST ALL of the grass/tree pollens (looked like my arms had been attatcked by 100 mosquitos!!!)

Anyway, I tried many remedies (claritin, seldane, over-the-counter stuff like sudaphed and chlor-trimiton etc) and they offered minimal reflief while giving nasty side-effects like headaches or making me so drowsy as to be almost a zombie.

Last year my doctor decided to try a new approach and prescribed Rhinocourt nasal spray in conjunction with Zyrtec-D and Cromolyn eye-drops. This 3-stage attack has actually worked better than I had hoped!!!!! For the first time in years I was able to mow the lawn and work outside without going into violent sneezing fits and having my nose drip like a fawcet. I was even able to smell the blooming lilacs and roses!! So far this year it is holding up as well - I may have actually hit upon a traetment combo that works for me!!!!!

Yay!!!!

I can totally relate, Scoob. I was tested for 42 allergens, and I reacted to 41 of them. My shoulder looked like a battlefield. 😉

Anybody suffering from allergies, GO SEE AN ALLERGIST! Those guys can really, really help.

Yeah, i get those sometimes too. You know what's best for those? Ephedrine. Not only does it get rid of all the symptoms, but you get a little 'kick' as well.
