Do you have a will?

No will but my Life insurance is in order about who gets what.

Yes, I know, I need a will. I have kids so it's important.

Absolutely,I had my first will made up when I turned 18,you never know when you are going to kick the bucket,I don't want any of the sleazy scumbag reletives of mine getting anything, all of it is gong to the boy 🙂

Yes, but I probably should look it over and make some updates to it. Wrote/notarized it 6 years ago. Things have changed a bit since then.

Not yet but we really need to do a will and a living will. We don't have any kids so I guess we'll leave it all to our parents.

no. i'm not expecting to die soon at the age of 18.

i'm 19 and wanna draft one up. never can be too careful or start too early.

Can I have your G.I. Joe collection when you bite the dust?

yes, but it is out of date
we got it before our kids were born
one of our benefits at work is basic legal services from hyatt so i am just lazy

yes...and a way as well.
😀

Yes, I have had one since I was 24. I was debt free (at the time) and I owned my car, furniture, and many nice things (that I thought were nice). I named my fiance at the time as executor and recipient of my loot. She is now longer in the picture and I have named my sister as executor and her two kids as recipients (now with car, stocks, 401K, other investments, collection of antiques, and of course, my pr0n collection - for when they're older 😉)

Very few of us "expect" to die. Of course, as you get older death becomes more likely due to age and health issues. However, it is irresponsible to your loved ones to not have even the most basic will made out incase of say, an accidental death... and being younger you are statistically more likely to die in a car wreck than someone older.

Bernse = 33 year old who's had at least some sort of a will since his 20s.

If you don't want to pay $200 to a lawyer for a basic will, consider even one of those home will kits you can get online or from office depot.

i turned 18 in november. i'll get to it when high school finishes (june). i voted immortal btw 😛 if you believe in an afterlife, doesn't it make sense?

No, but it is on my short list of things to do.

I'm 24 but I know that I could buy it any day and I don't want a probate court deciding where my money/assets go.

My wife and I just wrote ours up this past weekend. Now we just have to get witnesses to sign them to make them legit. We just named eachother as executors and if we both pass away it goes on to our parents. Obviously we'll have to update it once we have kids.
