I have a dotoo list for school.

Involves a whole bunch of Problem Sets, Essays, Quizzes, and Midterms over the next two weeks

My to-do list at work, normally consists of:

1. Read newspaper
2. Check email, Woot.com item of day, CNN.com headlines and then ATOT/few other leisure sites.
3. Take care of any work leftover from previous work day
4. Goof off via IM'ing or internet
5. Handle additional work as it surfaces

For the majority of the day, it's just a combo of 4 and 5. Somedays I'm slammed and some days I have maybe a total of 2 hours of actual work-related stuff to do here.

i apply custom syntax highlighting rules to my text todo lists.
its nice having whatever you want highlighted to any specified color.
ultraedit and jedit can do this.

-build a modem rack for 32 modems
-build 2 xp boxes with our software to take calls from 32 modems
-move servers off shelving unit to other shelving unit
-tear down shelving unit
-put two new dell full height racks in place of shelving unit
-order 50 new Netop License for remote desktop access
-make changes to billing application

all this sh*t needs to be done by the 4th. so im neffing here and waiting for the witching hour.

Speaking of, I highly recommend Post-it Notes Lite. They are little virtual Post-it notes you can put on your desktop. They keep me in line at work.
