Do you have a pile for scrap paper, paper, etc...?

I'm trying to save paper by saving up the extra peices of paper I get on a daily basis for future purposes that don't require 'clean sheet of paper' etc.. Like if I need to print out notes for a class, I'll use the smallest margins etc. in MS word and I'll take a sheet of paper I have that has been printed on one side that I don't need anymore and I'll print on that then when I'm done with the notes recycle the paper. But also I've got other sheets of paper where I can't quite do that and would be good for jotting down things like addresses etc..

So, how do you handle your paper?

Where do you keep your excess/bank paper in your house/room? I'm trying to find a better place to keep my paper but I'm not sure where I can store this atm so I ATM have it sitting on top of my box of reciepts which doesn't look too great...

i throw old paper away
and i buy new paper

we have a box of scrap paper for the kids to draw on , it is just a cardboard box

My refuse service supplies us with three large containers-one for rubbish, one for recycle and one for yard stuff.

I use them all.

At home, if we get paper like that, we slice it up into smaller pieces a few inches on a side, in case anyone needs to leave a note for someone else, or for shopping lists, or for crumpling up and throwing for cats to play with. Some companies are great for sending waste paper - I think it's Blue Cross/Blue Shield, when they send correspondence, a whole sheet of paper is used and folded up just to display the address through the window on the envelope.

exact same here... minus the cats.

i cut it up for small pads for notes. also i keep sheets near my computer.

no point in wasting it.

I just kind of have used paper all over my desk (it's really a mess) and a pile of unused paper on a shelf above my computer.

I put it in the shredder and use it as fillier in domesic shipping boxes where the weight won't make the shipping cost more than with airbags.

I keep the scrap paper in my 2nd printer tray and use it for notes and such.
