In the office at lunch we all play quake, so it's common to refer to one another as our quake nicknames. I change my name on a bi-weekly basis though, so I've never had a nickname stick, which is good because I think it's lame to call each other by your game nicknames.

"the closer" if my boss wants a policy to get sold and an associate is not able to, she sends me over to help the "close" the deal.
It seems to work, i write the most policies... about 3x what the other 2 girls sell
