I was "junior" for a couple weeks until the contractor about whom I made constant age related quips left.

In the office at lunch we all play quake, so it's common to refer to one another as our quake nicknames. I change my name on a bi-weekly basis though, so I've never had a nickname stick, which is good because I think it's lame to call each other by your game nicknames.
