Do you have a KKK - known area by you?

Do you have an area by you known for the KKK ? In Michigan, we have Howell, MI.

Yep, Castro Valley had a KKK clan exposed a number of years ago. Or smth like that. They were pretty peaceful though - no burning of crosses or hanging.

Yes, it is a place where all the stereotypes of the south and Mississippi come true and I live about 20 miles from it, it is called Ovette, Mississippi.

no, but my neighbor behind my house is racist. actually i'm quite surprised by the lack of racism in south carolina. i've only met one racist.

Yes but there is that town, its equivelant and more in the north......................

Surprised? Racism is far more prevelant in areas outside the south.....

I'm not sure about the KKK, but the city I grew up in was the last one to be desegregated in TX from what I've heard.

What is confusing? Most places I have been outside of the south don't hold a candle to the racial tolerance found in the south.

I mean sure you (northerner) can talk about how much you love black people but you are far more segregated. You (northerner) can talk about how much you love black people but how many black elected officials do you have?
