She usually doesnt even touch the plates that have seafood on them, she has a co-worker do it if possible. But when they get really busy she sometimes doesnt have much of a choice, at least if she wants a decent tip.

Besides, how many decent restaurants can you think of that serve NO seafood? She works at a Ruby Tuesday's, it isnt like it is Red Lobster.
