Yes, hate it. It's just a gross sound.
TV's teaching people badly too - I saw a little bit of King of Queens once, and the main character guy in that was eating a candy bar or something, chewing loudly and smacking his lips with every chew. No detail was lost to the expensive microphone. And just think, when it comes out on DVD, you can hear him chewing in glorious Dolby Digital 2.0 sound.
