do you guys use nvidia driver opimizations settings?

I have trilinear optimization on, but aniso mip off and aniso sample off. I think it just ended up that way by default.

is there much of a performance increase with these on, and whats the IQ difference?

I generally keep them off, unless a game is too slow.

These days it's best just to run under high quality as the cards are fast enough to not need any of the optimizations.
