Do you guys use an anti-static wrist strap?

Hmmmmm......I never used straps, but I always spray Static Gaurd around my work area and myself before opening a case. I never had a problem, other then to me it smells like pickles and makes my dogs sneeze.

I never use one. But like the others, I touch the case before I pull any parts.

yes, i do use the anti-static strap. i have long hair and a carpeted work area, hence high probability of static. as an extra precaution, i also touch the computer case every so often.
