My doc said to look straight up and stare at the ceiling for a few seconds. Often times when I'm readying the monitor/computer for long periods of time I end up squinting. Are there any other exercises that I can practice while at home?

I always take breaks from staring at the lcd by focusing my eyes on random objects in my room. I dont wear any glasses or contacts and still have 20/20 vision.

This is begging for the parody "Do you guys exercise your forearms when at the computer?"
