do you go to your family reunions?

Actually, I'm going to our giant one next week in California. Our family is scattered all over the world so it's hard to get them together, and we got most of them to come.
 
I have to go to one on the 10 of september, It's my uncles 50th Bday and it's being used as a reunion...but I really hate most relatives...they annoy the sh*t out of me
 
I wish I had enough family left to have a reunion ... I've lost 2 generations of family in less than 10 years.
 
I've been to a few. We have one coming up on the 20th. I will probably go. If I don't make an appearance I'll get chewed out by the family I see on a weekly basis. I usually hang out with my uncle when I go to these because he is the family tree guy and knows everyone. So I don't look like a complete ass when I don't know names.
 
there was one with my family when i was in high school, but i was in florida and it was held in new york. i think i had school or something. my dad went and came home with family reunion t-shirts, but i really would have liked to go.
