My login or password isn't working, and I can't find anywhere to contact someone--on the web or by phone. I know it's just your 6-digit b-day, maybe I entered it wrong. Help?

Is there a support line you can call for tech support?

Christ... I don't know if I should appreciate the nefs for keeping the thread at the top of the page or smack you all upside the head for being such useless jackasses.

And to filmmaker who at least tried to be helpful: I can't seem to find any number that isn't an automated system. They don't even have any option to talk to a person.

I just transfered from SMC to UCLA. I just tried the email and it works, but I can't for the life of me remember my student ID number. Sorry!

no I don't

that help out this guy alot.

if you have access to campus, just go to the computer lab and someone will help you, and make sure you have a valid identification (trust me).

if not, just call up the SMC general number - found here
and get to someone to help you. but i doubt they will tell you your login over the phone.

I finally managed to get ahold of a fairly useless person in admissions, and then was transferred to some supervisor's voicemail or something, and left a message. =/
I'll probably be in SM several times this week looking for an apt., I guess I'll just go in then and try and get this straightened out.

BTW, I'm talking about the SID/bday login for orientation/enrollment, not campus computer networks or anything.
