If so, do you always have to check to see if someone is watching you? I do, it sucks.

Online yes, but no worries of people checking on me. I sit in my office and as long as my work gets done in a timely fashion my boss is happy.

All the time.

Do I check to see if I'm watched, nope... cause I'm the monitor.

"Who monitors the monitor?" :p

Ha, I sit at the front door with my monitor facing outward, so everyone who walks through the door gets to see what website I'm wasting time on (usually AT).

Do I care? I did for a few days, but not anymore.

Well someone sits behind me and can see what I do if they glance over in my direction.

And I'm sure the company can track me if they so choose, hell its one of the pieces of software they write and sell.

And the firewall blocks a lot of stuff out there, so I'm restricted. For example, Anandtech is fine, but Ars isn't.

I go online all the time. Internet is monitored so I wouldn't dare pull up and pr0n. I have done Warez once or twice for work related things (ghost) but that's it. I do use IM tho.

i have anandtech open 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, unless this computer crashes

all my boses are not too bright to put it nicely, in fact bob (a manager) is standing about 3 feet away talking to the guy next to me.

and would never question it.
