Do you go by military time or civilian time?

Use both. Military for the hospital and civilian for home.

I use a 27 hour clock. Gives me time to get things done that I otherwise wouldn't be able to do.

24hr time on my watch, AM/PM on my computer. It started out as wanting to be able to do 24 to 12hr conversions without having to think about it, but I really like 24hr time, so I've kind of stuck with it

My phone only supports standard time but I actually prefer military time as my old phone had that option.
