For every hour I work up to 50 hours, I get 1.5 hours off. So I amass 50 hours which gives me 75 hours off. After that, I am paid OT for the rest of the hours.
I can take almost two weeks off without touching my vacation. Right now I have about 450 hours of vacation saved but I just burned up almost all of my sick leave as I have been sick.

So if you work a standard 40 hours a week, you get 60 hours off? WTF, you work 5 months of standard time and get the last 7 months off?

I would think the 1.5 times is only after the normal work hours?
