Do you get any manufacturer's warantee with OEM processors? (A64)

No

Warranties on OEM are very short(if applicable) and are usually provided by the reseller.

i.e. around 30 days.
 
I went with the retail A64 chip since the heatsink it comes with is pretty good and I also feel better having a warranty.
