Do you get angry here or do you laugh?

Just curious. I've asked several of my friends to join these forums for the P&N and after reading it they said no thanks. They said they would get angry and they don't want to waste their time talking to people like us.

So, Do you get angry?

I think this is an internet forum and as such laughter is a good thing, and anger needs to be short lived. It's not like any of us are very important with any real control over the world, and it's not like those in power care a rat's behind what we think.

We are just opinionated SOBs who sometimes get carried away, but should never take ourselves too seriously.

Currently there is one saying that Bush, Cheney et al, NEVER said that Iraq had anything to do with 9-11.

I laugh all the time here. If people get "mad"(for real) on the intarweb they need to rethink their participation in whatever it is they were involved with.

I'll tell you what, I used to take myself WAY more seriously when I first got here than I do now. Every once in a while I get frustrated with a particular thread/topic, but not usually angry...

Ya, sometimes I get Angry. Most of the time I laugh, though sometimes it for a funny, other times it's from shock and dismay.

That link was sent to me by a LTC who is currently serving in Iraq and managing infrastructure construction projects in the Iron Triangle...there are plenty of good news stories in Iraq, but such stories don't sell newspapers.
