I remember when I was a kid, I could take quite a beating and get up and keep moving.
Now my neck has been hurting me for days because I tried to play at the same pace with some of the kids in my family. I think I pulled something, because I turn my head to the right, or bend it to the right.
I still feel so young, but my body just told my "young at heart" attitude to kiss it's ass.
