its funny because the dog is stupid and thinks its own foot belongs to someone else....

However, its scary because a dog like that could easily bite a kid

And it's sad because those people just laugh at their dog when obviously it has some issues. I can't stand bad pet owners, I love my dog to death. 🙁

Funny, Scary and Sad all rolled into one. Was that a mut or a purebreed? I don't know dogs too well.

The dog is amusing himself and it is funny. Don't you think the dog knows what he is doing? I don' think hes crazy , he is just having fun with himself . Dogs get bored just like people I think and this dog has found a way to amuse itself. Give the dog some credit folks
 
it may actually be a brain disorder that both dogs and humans (and assuming other animals too) can get, where part of the brain is screwed up and a limb acts completely independent of its host, seemingly with a mind of its own. the dog may see its foot moving, knows its not moving it, and is thus alarmed.
it could be the dog playing too, but I've never heard of a dog doing to that extent.

its funny, but it sucks that it may have that disorder. but I do not believe that disorder would make it any less of a family dog than a dog without it.
