Do you find that you sleep better when you shower before you go to bed?

Depending on my schedule, I sometimes shower before bed, sometimes when I wake up...typically I find the shower before bed too invigorating that I do it well before I have to sleep.

Yes. I don't see the point of going to bed dirty, and then getting clean for work.

People who don't shower before bed are grimy IMO. Keeps the bed cleaner and fresher instead of sleeping in BO.

Preach it.

To me, I can't just slide a shower in in 10 minutes, it means a whole sh itload of washing my hair and drying it too.

The sheets are washable, you know.

The only time I shower in the afternoon or evening is if I've done something to get dirty. Yardwork, volleyball, whatever.
I have to have a shower in the morning. Even if I showered before bed, I'll still feel grimy and I'll have bedhead in the morning.

Shower in the morning, a suit and tie looks better in a person with good personal hygiene. People can tell if you have "slept in" hair.

I alway shower before bed. Since I work at home, bed-head isn't a problem but I keep my hair short anyway. When I used to work a regular job, I showered both in the mornings and in the evenings.

showering wakes me up. not for bedtime.

unless it is really really hot... the sweaty sticking humid type temp. then a quick cool wet down makes a world of difference.

it definitely feels nice to not be oily/sweaty before going to sleep it does make a difference.

I wash hair in the am but since I work out in the evenings I shower and don't get hair wet at night :)

I shower at both, but I always perfer morning showers. Even though I have short hair, it is much harder to get right in the morning if I slept on it wrong (especially if I went to bed with it even slightly damp).

I sleep better showering in the morning since my showers are normally hot and I can't stand sleeping while I'm hot.

You people are whack.

I think most people shower when they wake, in the morning, before work.
