do you feel like you changed a lot over your college years?

yes. much much different than 4 yrs ago. my beliefs about a lot of things changed. probably for the better, time will better answer that.

Yeah. I learned that I am always right and that arguin with people is futile, because they are obviously not as smar as I am. Oh and never get into politica arguments or discussions, especially about the Middle East. Majority has no clue at all what they are talking about.

I don't think college has anything to do with it. Ask any person if they changed a lot between the ages of 18-23 and I bet the
majority would say they did.

i didn't change that much, but I became more self aware. More conscious of the effects of how I interact with people. I learned more about people and how to talk to them. Grew up, basically 🙂

yea, i'm getting more ZITS...being an EE sucks, less sleep, sausage fests everyday. but anyway, getting back on subject, i have changed, i see the world a lot differently, and try to apply what i learn to everyday happenings. after taking EE classes sometimes i think that anything is possible, it's really cool to see how things work, why they work, and what laws, equations, etc drive these happenings. oh yea, i've also grown to be a more humble person, and i am amazed everyday at how many brilliant engineers, physicists, and mathematicians there are.

also, learned that everything i learned in my four years of college was basically not true, working in the real world for one year, makes you realize that...

Yeah. Before college I was a computer game playing obsessed freak that was chubby, looked like a nerd, and really shy.
Now I'm a bored freak and I'm a lot more negative and pessimistic.

my hatred towards people & society grows stronger everyday.

You probably have social anxiety. How did college do this to you? Or did I miss the sarcasm.

not sarcasm. i'm a bit of a freak. it's not exactly school that did this to me (i'm still 3rd year comp eng btw). it's just that the more i learn about other people and the way this society works, the more things i find that i do not like. i don't feel this way all the time fortunately. i don't think it's a problem.

well... besides the ideological things which don't really matter much, it's more of a feeling of being looked down upon and rejected by society so i guess i feel a bit bitter about it. words that other people might describe me with would be "nerd", "loner", "dork" etc. i just have different priorities than most people.
