Do you feel it's easier to change your behavior or someone else's?

During my routine web publishing I e-mail and print a message for record retention. My counter parts, both women, also print this e-mail for the same record retention file. I have made several requests that this was not necessary and they continue to do this. Since I have been unsuccessful in changing their process I have chosen to alter mind. I am also the author of this message, so I always keep a copy electronically incase the print copy is misplaced.

How about you, do you find it easier to change yourself or someone else?

yourself. it's the only thing i have any semblance of control over. besides, everyone else is possibly just a figment of my imagination.

Men try to change themselves. Women try to change men.

Neither succeed.
