My cellphone is more powerful than my first PC. Had a Pentium II 233mhz with 64mb ram and an 8mb VGA card. My iPhone 3G is roughly twice powerful.

My first computer was a P1 100mhz with 32mb of RAM iirc. Packard Bell!

Mine (dad's actually) was a Kaypro II w/ 64k and 2x 100k floppies. The virtual memory handler gave full access to that 200k. My HS had an Apple ][ with a CP/M card so I could load my programs at home and school.

I remember getting a 56k US Robotics about a week after they came out. It seemed like all the speed in the world.
