post in a thread, expecting a reply to your question/comment, then never come back to it?

for example, you ask a question asking someone something in a thread, then you just leave and never return to that thread again.

New members do that with expectations of getting an instant answer. Especially on a board with little members.

This occurs especially when you can post on a board under a guest name/no signing in.

i do alot, because i forget i even asked it. once im away from the computer, unless its something i was really interested in, i probably wont even look at the thread again
