Do you ever wake up on the middle of the night drenched in sweat?

WTF is that from? My girlfriend and I both did last night, the A/C was fine and the celing fan was on......

all the time. but I have a pretty crappy AC unit. it's really cold when I go to bed, so I'll sleep under a heavy blanket, but most nights my AC craps out after 5 or 6 hours and is effectively reduced to a fan blowing hot air in.

Same thing happens to me. It's why I rarely feel refreshed after taking a nap.

Yup, happens to me a lot...may be those pregnancy hormones but I often had it happen before I was pregnant. Skoorbie sometimes gets it too...just hormones, stress, etc.

It's just stress, I wouldn't worry about it unless it starts to happen more frequently say 3+ times a week.
