Do you ever take the time to comment on a website?

For example I was on LongsDrugs website searching for the closest pharmacy and I liked the "map it" and "drive it" features. So I said:

"You store locator with the built in "map it" and built in "drive it" are awesome!! They make finding the closest stores along with phone numbers and driving directions so easy that even my grandmother could do it!"

I think it is just good to take time if you really like or dislike something about a website.

no, but when I deal with particulary helpful people with phone customer service, I ask to be transferred to their manager and talk the managers ear off with glowing praise

I've never made a comment out of the blue, but I've commented to webmasters on their work if we've got an open dialogue.
I've got a group of friends who preview each other's work on a regular basis to critique/proofread each other's work. It's great to have the help.
I get a lot of comments. They range from very helpful to gracious to utterly retarded. 99% of the former are from aol users. I usually tell them that they've reached the wrong address and give them one of my bud's email addresses.
