Do you ever press the remote harder to 'make' the channels flip faster?

Bah.. I find that when you have Comcast digital cable, there's NOTHING you can do to make the channels flip any faster.

Yup, Comcast sucks the big one. They should suffer eternal torture without the possibility of dieing.

That's one of the main things I look at when I buy a TV. I bought a Sharp (for the living room) because it seemed faster than the others. Sony WEGA's have nice picture, but they change channel way to slow.

My Magnavox (in my room) that's more than 15 years old (and still looks like a modern television today) flips channels faster than any other TV I've used. I love it.

which reminds me...I'me getting Comcast Digital installed tomorrow, for the same price I was paying for analog, 39.99/month. The package is going to include all the HBO and Encore channels....cant wait to waste my days off watching movies all day 😀
