Mine usually follow a slightly weird feeling in my inner ear. Maybe it has to do with your equilibrium? Iono, I get the piss shivers too, but also with the weird ear feeling just before it, so I know the piss shiver is coming and prepare to do the "dodge the piss" feet shuffle.

Seriously, sometimes my entire shakes violently for about one seconds, maybe once a second.
