Do you ever have weird dreams?

I woke up this morning and wondered what the fuck was wrong with me:

I was driving to work at night but I had to pull over to the side of the road becuase all the traffic was driving on the wrong side of the road. Some how I made it to work, where I apparently moved cubicles out of the way with my car so I could park my car next to my cube. This is the wierdest part though: I was in the bathroom (At work - although it didn't look like my actual work) looking at my new stomach (don't know where I got it from). My stomach dropped onto the floor. Fell out of my body and onto the floor. I picked it up and stuffed it back in. I twisted around to make sure it stayed in. As I was about to leave it fell out again. I twisted around again - amazed that the liquid and blood sloshing around in the cavity where my stomach sould be was staying in. I figured there should be blood all over the floor. I picked up the stomach again - stuffed it back in my body. It took some work to make sure it was resting in my body properly. Once that task was complete I stapled my skin shut to make sure it stayed in. Then I stepped into the shower-

And then I woke up.....

I always find it really cool when entire songs, complete with proper instrumentals and vocals, play in my dreams. I was listening to the song "Buying New Soul" by Porcupine Tree one day and it was playing in the background during an odd dream. Then my brother (although I guess it was actually me) was changing the lyrics on the fly, singing with the melody/rhythm to make a point to someone else. It was awesome, both in the dream and when I woke up.

Last night I dreamed that I was building a custom PC which consisted of 2 motherboards linked together, just like SLI or Crossfire. I remember setting everything up and connecting all the cables between both motherboards. I even remember one switch labeled "video" on the side of the case. That switch allowed me to pick which motherboard would supply the video for the monitor.

Last night I dreamed I somehow phased out of (or into?) the fourth dimension. I was no longer a solid entity, rather some sort or energy or matter without a body. When I *phased out,* it was sort of like being pulled in all possible directions at once.

Do I win?

i get weird dreams that i can remember briefly a couple times a month, i get holy wtf dreams that creep me out about twice a year.

I suggest that 'strange' dreams indicate a creative mind at work. I would be worried if I didn't have some "fantastic, out of this world" dreams.

Unfortunately, unsettling dreams often indicate frustration.

All the time. When I was a little kid I had recurring nightmares about these floating, inflatable Moose floating around the world, around 5 feet above the ground, and if you touched them you would die instantly. Scared the bejeebus out of me.

That started me down the long, eventful, winding road of whacked out dreams.

Your dreams are crazy. I can almost never remember mine. My "awake memory" is fantastic, but my "sleep memory" sucks.

I've on a handful of occasions had a dream that I was sleeping in the very bed I actually was sleeping in, but that something wasn't right. Often, *something* was in my bed. I'd wake up, but the dream was everything the same as in the real world, so my brain was foggy and very confused, and still felt in danger of whatever was in my bed. I'd wake up, throw my sheets and freak out, wondering where it went, and then jump out of bed, usually try and escape the room as fast as possible. And then a minute or two later, I start to calm down, realize what I was just doing, and go... unpossible, there is no snake in my bed. Or opossum. Or whatever else. And then, although somewhat hesitantly, back to bed I go.

I often dream that I'm in bed sleeping but not dreaming, which is frustrating.

My dreams are always either mundane (walking around school, talking to people I know, etc), or epic (superpowers, massive sci-fi/fantasy battles, etc). I don't have dreams like turning into a muffin or losing body parts.
